I meet the client where they are and work collaboratively to achieve those goals. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

Supervision Services

Clinical supervision is an opportunity to grow personally and professionally.  I offer individual supervision for social workers in the field. Please contact me to learn more.

How I can Help

Telemedicine-Telehealth means the delivery of health care services through the use of interactive audio and video technology, permitting real-time communication between the patient at the originating site and the provider, for the purpose of diagnosis, consultation, or treatment.

Trama & Disorders

From abuse to ADHD, we can create a plan to navigate negative thought patterns

Anxiety & Stress

You are not alone and vocalizing your concerns can help you through difficult times.

Depression

Suffering through it alone is more detrimental to your health and can prevent you from healing.

Relationship Conflicts

From parenting to marriage, I provide a safe space to work towards strengthening bonds.

Finding a Balance Can Be Hard, but Healthy Doesn’t Have To Be

Each person deserves their own customized care plan to overcome mental health challenges. Together we can tailor an individualized plan based on your symptoms and comfort level with treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Learn How it Works!

Do you participate with insurance?

At this time I do not participate with insurance companies.  All sessions are private pay.  However, I am willing to discuss options if finances are a concern.

Is video therapy confidential and private?

Yes. I use Zoom for video therapy, which is a HIPAA-compliant platform.  Zoom ensures it is a secure and confidential means of communication.

Do I need special equipment?

You need a computer or smartphone with a camera, microphone, and speakers. Most devices have a built-in camera, speakers and a microphone. The setup for teletherapy sessions is simple and takes just a few seconds after the initial setup process.

How long are sessions?

Sessions typically last 45 -60 minutes. Sessions can take place weekly or bi-weekly depending on the needs of the client.

Is teletherapy just as good as traditional therapy?

Studies have proven that teletherapy is just as effective as in-person therapy, if not more since many barriers to treatment are removed.

How do I prepare for teletherapy?

Write things down that you want to discuss. Be Comfortable. This is ‘You’ Time.

Be Honest. Test your device (e.g. mobile phone, laptop) and the platform/links your therapist uses to meet with you. Just Breathe.
